  • Refresh Browser
    Refresh Browser *After reloading the browser, you will be returned to the channel selection screen, so select the channel again to enter the listening screen.    *The loading method varies depending on the model you are using.    You may be able to reload by scrolling down, or you may open Settings and press the reload icon.
  • Restart browser
    Restart your web browser: Please close the browser application once. *The method differs depending on the model you are using.  Quit the app from the multitasking screen. (For iPhone, swipe the web browser app preview upwards to exit) <Steps to stop the app from settings> [Settings] ⇒ [Apps and notifications] ⇒ [App information] ⇒ [(Your Browser App)] ⇒ [Force stop] ⇒ [OK] Return to the home screen and tap the web browser icon to launch it. *If you cannot connect to the listening screen, please scan the QR code again.
  • Check the volume settings on your smartphone
    Check volume settings: Open the settings app on your smartphone Open smartphone volume settings Please increase the volume of media volume and sound notification volume.   *You can also operate it from the volume button on the side of your smartphone.
  • Check Bluetooth settings
    Check your Bluetooth settings: Open the settings app on your smartphone Open Bluetooth settings Check if you can connect to the Bluetooth device you are using *It may be connected to another device. *For wired earphones, wired has priority.
  • Change the browser you are using
    Change your web browser: Change the browser you are using to use the audio distribution service. For example, if you are using Chrome and are having trouble viewing the video, try opening the link in another browser app such as Safari or Firefox.
  • Restart your smartphone
    Restart your phone: *This is a last resort if you have tried other methods and the audio still does not play. ●How to restart iPhone X, 11, 12, 13 and later Press and hold either volume button and side button until the power off slider appears, then release them. Drag the slider and wait about 30 seconds for your device to turn off. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo. ●How to restart your iPhone 6, 7, 8, SE (2nd or 3rd generation) Press and hold the side button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider and wait about 30 seconds for your device to turn off. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo. ●How to force restart your iPhone Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button. Release the side button when you see the Apple logo. How to restart your Android device ■Long press the power key : For most Android devices, if you press and hold the power key for a few seconds, a menu will appear to turn the power on/off or restart it. *However, in the case of Pixel 7 Pro, the menu will appear by holding down the power key and volume up key by default. ■For Android 9.0 or later, restart from the "Accessibility function menu" For devices running Android 9.0 or later, it is also effective to turn on "Accessibility" → "Accessibility menu" in the "Settings" app. ■How to force restart an Android smartphone On most phones, press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds or until your phone restarts.   • Canceling automatic lock (sleep)

  • Check Wi-Fi settings
